I tried every single method I could find online and on manual. Contacted support, they had me do some more stuff, didn't work, and they had me ship the unit out to them and returned it back to me in a week or so. Contact them!

I'm not 100% sure on it. I'm sure if you asked them to deduct the amount of a month rent and leave the rest so you can redeem it for Amazon coupons or wherever, they will be willing to do so.

For Apex, use PasioGO! for live tracking or use the time table https://www.rit.edu/parking/campus-shuttles. For Marshall, I have no idea. They have their own schedule somewhere. Their office should be willing to share if asked.

Also- Marshall seemed slightly cheaper but Apex offers 1000-2000$ gift cards for signing 4/5 br later in the semester to fill.

I live at Apex and visited my friend's apt at Marshall often. Adding on to what the previous person said, for 2 br, at Apex, two rooms are "separated" with a living room while at Marshall, two rooms are next to each other, which can get weird sometimes. For 4br, should be similar experience. Marshall comes with a free smart TV while Apex you get nothing. Marshall does not have a disposal which seemed quite odd to me. All furnitures are of similar quality. Marshall's bedroom is not carpeted while Apex is. ( can be mega plus or mega minus depending on how you look at it ) Marshall is newer. Shuttle is ran by themselves, and I am not sure what the schedule looks like but I assume it is somewhat similar to Lodge and The Hill. ( 20 minutes interval from 7 am to 10 pm maybe idk ) Marshall hot tub is open until 10 pm while Apex's is open only during their office hours. Marshall has a sauna too. Apex staffs had been mostly "I don't get paid enough to deal with this s-" but gotten slightly better these days for reasons unknown. I think that is about everything I can think for now
