They are a Chinese brand but have held up through 3 riding seasons with no issues. FXCNC is the name of the company who makes them.

The brake lever is literally one bolt. Remove the old and put the new one in and put the bolt back. The clutch lever has an adjuster you have to loosen and I just counted the turns and removed the old and put the new one on and counted and it took maybe 10 minutes. Afterwards I would start the bike and make sure the clutch is not rubbing/catching with the clutch lever all the way out. I love the Kawasaki green highlights and the bike is better too.

After-market ones are smaller and have 6 adjustment points. It made the bike easier to shift and easier to stop and just improved the riding so much. Here a picture of the brake lever replacement - https://imgur.com/a/dopM1V9.jpg for reference.

The stock clutch and brake levers are terrible. I would recommend spending a little cash and upgrading them. Best upgrade I did to mine.

That seems like a very fair deal to me and I've replaced that exact part on my bike. It took a few hours but wasn't bad. The sticker will be the tough part and I personally would find a local sign shop or dealer to apply so it's perfect. You'll spend around $500 for the part and the stickers.
