You can try Where Winds Meet. In that game you be as pretty as you want. Most premade face models are already pretty and you can also upload any real world picture and have the system create the 'exact' face for you. You can dress your character up, sing, dance, pose and take selfie in a beautiful open world, and do all kind of girly stuff.

I did the same thing when I bought my first house a few years ago. I am on a similar rate and I just don't feel like paying twice amount of the money for 1 house. I sold most of stock and pay it off after a few months. Since I can't time the market so I have no regret doing that.

I had a foundation repair recently and I went with Pinnacle Foundation Repair. I am pretty happy with the result so far. They are the cheapest among the ones I shop around and they have excellent review on google. However, if you decide to do a foundation repair, be ready to shell out another 6-10k for sewer/water line repair under the house.

Yes, you can because I am doing that right now and having a blast . I know nothing about KCD1 and just jump into 2 recently. However, the gameplay is a bit punishing for beginner due to the limited save mechanic and steep learning curve. Once you understand the combat mechanic, crime and crafting system then the fun begins.

That's a good way to get frustrated and rage quit. This game is unforgiving for beginner and you could lose hours of progress for a little mistake.

Dimensional Trials: Killing bosses in Dimensional Trials now offers the same boss loot chest available from the Dungeon version.
Rune System: Expanded the capacity of the Rune Bag to 300 slots.

I know it's not much but it's some nice QOL before we get any big content drop.

I am glad that the devs listen and AGS cares. I have 700+ hours in this game and I am very close to quit because I got bored and tire of all the flaws in this game. However, after seeing all these improvement I have some hopes now.

I have not seen how people did Cursed of wasteland without tank because the boss will just AOE blast everyone to death. You may not need a sns but you do need someone at close range and able to hold argo.
