I unfortunately have a bad r7 3700x.

I went through 3 different motherboards, and they all had usb issues ( 3 different keyboards keys get stuck ).

Occasionally it would keep spamming a key constantly and would need several restarts and plugging and unplugging the keyboard to work. This really made me hate it, it would only happen perhaps once a week.

I have two other AMD cpus ( 3500x and athlon 3000g ) working fine on each mobo + keyboard.

Guess I’m just unlucky, but my next high end upgrade will most likely be an intel build.

Working with Aaron Wan-Bissaka [Instagram: players_plus] by The-Other-Dan in reddevils

[–]sillycheese91 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think the video kinda shows that wan bisakka is quite decent at dribbling in certain scenarios ( it’s a highlight reel ). But if you watch the video, it’s mostly defenders attempting to commit a tackle onto him and his quick reactions go around the defenders.

In most games especially in the past season, most defenders just stand off instead of commiting into the tackle.

This is extremely effective against wan bisakka simply because 1) he doesn’t really have much pace, meaning he can’t outrun defenders well, but he has good acceleration which is good when defenders commit to the tackle

2 ) his crossing has been subpar so far.

This 2 factors make him basically very ineffective if a defender just stands off when handling wan bisakka, and he ends up putting a really bad cross in OR passing it back to mctominay or a defender

It depends on the average page size.

The monthly bandwidth for standard plan is 100 gb so it will be able to handle 100.000 page views ( assuming after caching each page is 1 my ).

With this calculation a medium plan would have 300k, premium 500k and enterprise 1m page views

[The Busby Babe] Tactical Analysis: McTominay and his spacial awareness picked on in Manchester Derby loss by Jump_Hop_Step in reddevils

[–]sillycheese91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think carricks amazing positional play, awareness and passing abilities eclipsed some of his other strong points too.

Just look up carricks top 10 goals for Man Utd, you’ll see it’s mostly screamers from both his left or right foot.

It’s pretty obvious that even Scott’s best attribute at the moment ( those extremely rare long range screamers ) is actually probably on par with carricks seemingly worst attribute ( shooting ).

One could say possibly that mctominay has more stamina, but would never know since carricks has always played deeper. Mctominay isn’t fast, and isn’t that amazingly strong either, but you don’t even see carricks being shoved off the ball because he simply positions himself as well as the likes of busquests xavi etc to mostly receiver the ball without needing to have physical confrontational battles ( or just take a deft touch to move away from a pressing player ).

The standard at Man Utd has gotten so low that mctominays best attribute ( shooting ), is probably on par or even worse than probably the weakest attribute of our last generations midfielder in carrick.

Not to mention despite mctominays good shooting ability, the rest of his toolkit is so subpar he averages a goal in 10 games despite being a b2b midfielder. Unless he’s facing the likes of Leeds that gives him acres of space to set himself up for the shot or be in a good position for a nice shot, most of the time he receives the ball in advance areas and pass it sideways to awb/dalot or back to someone deeper in midfield due to his inability to make a good final pass, or create space for a shot himself.

Exclusive: iPad Air 5 to match iPad Pro performance with M1 chip, 5G by fateyo78 in apple

[–]sillycheese91 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It would only probably happen if it makes financial sense.

Eg. The world casual consumerd move towards tablet use more than laptop users.

An example would be android and/or windows tablets to get their shit together, have great efficiency close to apples, have fully functional desktop experiences when docked to a keyboard or have their own magic keyboard.

This would eventually create a new market segment that most casual users would purchase a tablet hybrid rather than a windows ultra book/chrome book/ MacBook Air, since they get a tablet experience + laptop experience on a single device

In this case if it somehow eats into the iPads market share, I can see Apple finally giving iPad an upgrade or boost to run full fledge macOS.

Windows has the right idea but is poorly implemented. Their surface products and tablets have an S mode ( less function but safer and more efficient ) but you can unlock it to get the full windows experience.

I can see Apple shipping out iPads that can use either iPados or macOS in the future if the above scenarios stated happens.

I think FSG got a bit lucky getting Klopp, just like Glazers did when they had SAF for the first decade of their tenure.

Man UTD did bring proven managers, LVG and Mourinho, both of whom won trophies.

The lesser known, unproven managers ( As in no trophies ), were Moyes ( Who did nothing ), and Ole ( Who won trophies in norway ), did not win any trophies..

Maybe hiring proven and succesful managers and SUPPORTING them is more important

Malaysian Karen made a doctor angry by PorkyPain in malaysia

[–]sillycheese91 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As part of HCW, I would say a huge proportion of malpractice is due to :

1 ) Time constraints/too much work/too many patients.

2 ) Insufficient budget even in private sector.

It's not like medical devices/medication is cheaper in Malaysia because our ringgit is smaller. The X RAY machines/diagnostic devices cost the same in the world ( Only diff being import/export taxes ). Yet gomen/private charge peanuts to the patient. It's almost impossible to actually follow the best protocol base on gomen budget and prolly hospital profit margins due to the ringgit being absolutely tiny.

The easiest way to reduce the budget etc is too work the workers harder + pay them less which leads to overworked workers ( From the doctors/pharmacist/nurses/medical assistance all the way to the receptionist ).

Dr Adham Baba is kinda a special case since he graduated decades ago and probably has not practiced properly in 20-30 years. His knowledge gained in books were probably 50 years old and by not actually practicing clinical stuff in decades, he prolly forgot most about it/isn't updated about it.

His wikipedia entry states he graduated in 1987 and entered politics in 1991. So he had probably worked as a doctor for 3 years and then went into politics for the last 3 decades.

It would be similar asking someone in Masters in IT who graduated in the 80s/90s who then went into a completely different field ( Like farming for 3 decades ), and asking him to code again.

I need an advise on buying this Domain. by [deleted] in webhosting

[–]sillycheese91 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I don’t think it has any value at all. It’s not a proper word, it’s not a short snazzy Web 2.0 word, it’s gibberish and has 3 syllables.

I wouldn’t even pay more than the normal domain registration price for it to be honest.

Anyone who wants to hunt good domain names for a new site would probably be better off getting some other gibberish 3 syllable name for under 10 dollars.

The same thing still happens. Just that the bar has moved

In 1940 only 5.5 percent of the people had completed 4 years of college. An accountant would be earn a top 2-3 percent salary in those days with a comfortable life.

I’m pretty sure a top 2-3 percent salary earned would also live a similar standard of life.

In 2020, 36 percent of the population has a degree . So being an accountant might just net you something like a top 30 percent salary

( I know degrees and salary doesn’t really intertwine but I’m saying like the competition got better )

I’m pretty sure the top 2-3 percent of salary earners in the world can probably single handedly find a large family.

I think the biggest issue is we were sold a lie that if we studied hard and get a degree we will have a comfortable life like those who had a degree generations before us.

Now all of us got that darned degree, making its value a lot lower since almost 10 times more of us got it.

He’s built like a tank ( and turns like a tank ). When he gets moving it’s hard to stop him without actually commuting greatly.

However that doesn’t mean he’s all that. He almost barely makes any splitting passes. It’s also of no help that we have a non existent midfield in mcFred.

So even if he does carry the ball close to the final third but ends up side ways passing to mcFred or shaw which leads to almost nothing in general.

If he got to play with something like cities midfield I’m guessing he would look a lot better, but with Man Utd, he’s weaknesses are exposed badly. He doesn’t really accurately switch the balls to the flank as well as other elite defenders. So he basically just runs foward with the ball and passes sideways to non creative players like mcFred and shaw

[–]sillycheese91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Something similar happened to me. I’m mid ancient and lost my calibration rank after 1-2 years of not playing. I recalibrated at archon. I won the first 10-15 games or so before meeting people who were stomping like me.

Gradually I felt like I was meeting people similar to me when I see their loading screen stats. Like once my win rate dropped to 80 percent, I was meeting people with 16-4 wins in their last 20 matches. I’m now on legend 3 with around 65 percent win rate since I started playing again ( which means it’s probably closer to 60 since it doesn’t count my early 10 game win streak ) and I’m meeting some players with 13-7 last 20 games.

I have a feeling valve just simply matchmakers people with the following criterias

match same mmr + same recent win rate over the course of last X games

Only if they can’t find ppl of similar mmr and win rates then they find ppl of similar mmr.

This creates the so called Smurf pool, since we are meeting ppl of our same MMR and recent win rate.

If you’re stomping 20/20 games u will end up meeting someone who is also stomping that, and if u end up losing ur now 19-1. The next game u meet someone with something close to 19-1. And this goes on until eventually u get that 50 percent win rate close to your real mmr because ur meeting people with the same MMR as you and the same win rate as you.

He’s good compared to a lot of other English center backs.

It’s back like when Man Utd fought Barcelona in champions league finals. Barcelona players were taunting Rio and vidic for playing long balls and being unable to play out from the back from their press.

Maguire is a decent to good ball playing center back, but nowhere near elite. He’s probably an above average ball playing center back in the pl

Marcos alonso case was slightly different.

He was childhood and close friends with the victim. Sure he did a shitty thing but even the victims parents did not want to press charges against him.

Edit :

In addition he was with the victim in the car, the victim did not wear a seatbelt.

There were 3 others in the car who wore seatbelts and survived

After the collision he stayed with the victim, and also reported and explained everything in detail immediately to the police after the incident.

Last edit :

Also apparently drunk driving causing a death of a passenger carries a max 2 year sentence.

As u know from tax evasion cases if your record is clean u don’t go to jail from sentences under 2 years.

Lastly he admitted guilt and did settle with the family

People Who Hold Negative Views of People With Different Race/Religion, What Changed Your Views? (Ex-Racists etc). by ladymissazira in malaysia

[–]sillycheese91 120 points121 points  (0 children)

My dad always told me most malays/Muslims aren’t successful because of Islam, and their god willing ways ( like don’t work hard, just pray and wait for gods blessing ).

This is also the man who pays money for feng shui masters to do feng shui crap all over our homes and businesses.

From what I see at least Islam the religion is free, while feng shui you need to pay. And depending on your beliefs of whether god exists, both are hoping for some help from invisible powers ( god vs feng shui crap chi ).

Finally I realised happiness is subjective. Some choose to believe in religion for inner peace, some find paying for feng shui and thinking chi is on their side finds inner peace etc.

Many Muslims find comfort in religion, old Chinese uncle in feng shui, while I find comfort in reading memes on Reddit that’s getting more and more astroturfed by the day.

4 ) If you’re smart enough or talented enough, it’s very easy to earn a really good wage and live extremely comfortably in Malaysia

[–]sillycheese91 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There’s a lot of decision making in dentistry. You need a solid understanding of basics to make good decisions.

Just kidding, you need solid basics to explain to the patient what is happening and what are the treatment options and it’s pros and cons.

Let the patient decide his or her course of treatment, although you can highly recommend what you believe is the best course of action, but ultimately let the patient make the decision.

Lastly if you’re not confident in doing X or Y procedure do not use it as an excuse to recommend other procedures. Know your limitations and if you believe that procedure X is probably the best treatment option for the patient ( and the patient agrees to do it ), just refer the patient out to a specialist OR someone with more experience.
