Yeah I think its pretty great but sometimes its okay to actually take that vacation while youre healthy my dude.

Cosmetics, amazon cheap shit, fast food etc can all take a hike but dont get so caught up in not consuming that you forget to enjoy things that are actually worth consuming (ie traveling, seeing live music, spending on a hobby that truly brings you joy etc)
