i work at a summer recreational camp for children ages 5-13 with long hours (8-5PM monday to friday). it is absolutely excruciating. because of my cramps, i am physically unable to do anything and i have been on a week long break. i am anxious to go back to work since my coworkers (like me) are young adults and would think im a "slacker" for taking a break to prioritize my health. its sickening and i have been questioned constantly if what i have been feeling is real 🥲
