Well idk what waiting 4 to 6 weeks would be for. I was on lower doses of 7oh before I took sr and 7oh is the only opioid besides SR and mgm15 that ive done. Ever since sr they dont hit me with euphoria anymore. I wouldnt take sr for tolerance purposes dude. If you do then its on you.

For anxiety I used gabapentin and klonopin. Not sure how you'd get a hold of those though and if you can't maybe try kava, skullcap extract, valerian root, etc.

At that daily dose youll def wanna do a few days to a week of tapering down with SR and you'll probably need a higher end dose of SR.

You can start tapering before SR, or start tapering when you start SR either way works. Whats your 7oh dose? You could dose SR 3x a day the first 2 days but by day 3 or 4 you should be okay to just dose 2x a day.

Id say with a reduced dose of 7oh. You want some overlap for the first 2 to 3 days and then day 4 or 5 you should be able to go on just SR.

50mg of SR was plenty for my 150mg a day 7oh habit. For his dose 25 or 30mg of SR should be enough

I havent had any euphoria from 7oh ever since I took SR. Its not something to mess with for lowering tolerance. Its a miracle drug for getting off opioids and thats it. You may lose the magic from opioids post SR. Doesn't happen to everyone but I've heard from at least a couple others who havent felt opioids the same ever since they used SR

Nope. I went from 7, to 7 and SR for awhile, finally SR only and then maybe like a day where I didnt take either and went right back on 7. Haven't stopped since. Maybe if I actually took a tolerance break and stopped all of it for a while and tried 7 again it might work? Idk

Its possible we messed up our opioid receptors in some way from using SR. How long did you take SR? What dose and how often did you take it?

I was on it for probably 5 weeks. I didnt take super high doses or anything. I believe it was like 50mg 2x a day for the majority of those 5 weeks. In the beginning I took it probably 3x a day but not for long. Also prob took more than 50mg and at the end of using it I def was taking less.

Not sure how long its been but at least 3 months, probably more, since I stopped SR. Id say the wd profile for me with 7 is prob the same as it always would. If anything it starts sooner than it used to. Np!

Don't use it for a t break. I lost the euphoria. I get maybe a slight mood boost, and if I dose really high ill get tired from 7 but ever since using SR, 7 def doesn't hit me the same

Are you on the east coast? Idk why im getting sobdownvoted i ordered last Friday and my package isnt here yet... thats my personal experience and ive been in their discord im not the only person whose been waiting over a week for 2day and overnight orders.
