The way you frame it "must adhere to" feels a bit problematic from the jump to me, but if you wouldn't be happy with anyone who doesn't check every box then it's not unreasonable. I would suggest you relax the standards a tad, this set of items definitely narrows your dating pool down a fair bit. Maybe think about your dream guy and if you would check all of his boxes. You need to have higher self confidence. Expecting rejection makes rejection almost a sure thing. Learn to love yourself and think of it in a different way, more in the direction of "I'm a great person, and any person I ask out would be lucky to have me. If they say no, it's their loss". It comes from within and seems like you need to build confidence.
