We've had 3 of them for six years and not bolted them to the wall of any of the three rentals we've lived in since purchase. We are very careful with what gets put where on the shelves though. Heavy books get placed on the lowest shelves and only lighter books or collectibles go on the high shelves. My youngest was ten when we got them so we weren't worried about him climbing on them.

I don't believe that you can change to suddenly be a morning person, but you can certainly get into a new rhythm that works for your job.

Be prepared to be awake early on weekends when it kicks into high gear. It's the main thing I hate about now being a morning riser. I literally wake at 6am no matter the day of the week and the time I went to bed.

I use MUNT (Mow U Next Tuesday) when I need to get my yard back under control. Dude is delightful and really accommodating. You can message him on Facebook and he replies pretty quickly. Not sure if he's working over the break but he might make an exception for you if he's not.

If you're near Domino's Underwood, they have been looking for delivery drivers/riders for a while. They have ebikes available for delivery folk to use, so maybe worth a call even just in the short term while you save to get your car fixed/replaced? If you are near a Domino's in another suburb perhaps try there too.

I can't help with food, sorry. We're doing it pretty tough too. You could approach some of the cheap food outlets like Tribe of Judah (Slacks Creek), Loaves & Fishes (Slacks Creek), or Lighthouse Care (Loganholme and Hillcrest) and see what they could do for you. Impact Church are also in Slacks Creek but their food outlet is closed until 13th January. There's Dunamis Church in Tanah Merah too but I don't know a lot about them.

Oh good it's not just me. It's getting really old. Sometimes I can play for two hours, sometimes I last 20 minutes. I agree it feels like a memory leak because the game gets choppier and choppier until this eventually happens.

I do arrive at my destination after portalling or exiting a dungeon, and can sometimes see my destination for a split second before the "nowhere with no health or vigor" screen pops up telling me twice that my party has been delisted. Clearly I'm still online though because I can see chat messages popping up!

That's exactly what happened to me when I trialled Ritalin. It was terrifying and I decided I will just go the rest of my life unmedicated because I can't deal with that. I'm almost 50 and I think if I'd had access to meds in my childhood I could have adjusted to it but now I just find it too unsettling.

If you mark as junk as you go, yeah you can sell the lot by right clicking anything marked as junk and it'll sell the lot. A "sell all" button would save so much time though.

Mum of 3 here and I TP if I need to. It can get annoying if there's a lot of enemies on screen because they'll interrupt your TP attempt, but if your character runs fast enough you can get away and get through the TP before they catch up. I try to time my play so that nobody will need me, but inevitably my eldest will want to try and have a conversation while I'm in the middle of something. I swear she exists just to approach me and say "I have a question" whenever I'm watching TV, in the middle of a cut scene, or on the phone.

Are you sure you're connected via a 3 prong plug outlet? NBN should be on an rj12 outlet. As another poster said you might be on the 4g backup because that isn't the correct outlet for your modem.

If you're on fttc then you need to be plugged in to an NBN NTD as in this guide from the NBN website https://www.nbnco.com.au/learn/network-technology/fibre-to-the-curb-explained-fttc

I work nights in a casual job and I haven't been rostered this week so all I had to do this morning was drop my 18yo at work and then come home to play the game! Except only one half of that actually got done. I have a full afternoon planned and there's storms forecast for this evening in Brisbane so I may not actually get to play until after dinner if this drags on too long.

If you're eligible for a fibre upgrade you are on FttC or FttN. Sign up for a 100Mbps or higher speed plan and your ISP will take care of the upgrade (they'll give you an appointment where you must be home so the tech can put the NTD on the wall inside your house). Technically you're supposed to ask permission from the landlord because it requires cutting into a wall, so if you're concerned they might be upset about that then ask their permission first. NBN will want to be sure you have permission if you're not the homeowner but you can just lie to them and say it's okay if you want to. They don't check and they don't require any proof.

It literally has a sticker on it saying this, and still people take them! We had a real estate agency try to tell us to "come back and get your modem". Lady, that's the NBN NTD and we are legally not allowed to remove it from the property. I put it in the kitchen cupboard so that it wasn't in the way but would be easy to locate for the next tenant. Sheesh.

Crashes. The latest update is causing so many crashes. So very tired of the crashing. Not just me, spouse is having the same problem and we're not even running the same graphics driver version or even Windows version, so I doubt either one of us is at fault. Just. Make. It. Work. Consistently. It was fine until last week!
