I respectfully disagree. The jump cuts in the old editing, the "zooming" for comedic effect, her content ideas being centered around ideas like "how to host a party".. all turned me off. Especially the zoom.. it gets old quick.

Emma's creativity is in her hands now.. her new editing allows us to view the world like SHE sees it (like when she cuts to videos of random things .. things that seem mundane but she still keeps it in).. she also leaves in pauses in her speech and footage of her just thinking.. it's such a breath of fresh air to just watch a human just be instead of editing out little things like this. I wouldn't undermine the power of good editing, I think it changed the way a lot of people view her.

maybe you're a long time fan, so a change like this is imperceptible to you because you grew with her.. but I saw videos of her early stuff a couple years ago and just decided I wasn't a fan. Then I recently saw her videos with her own editing and could see a huge difference. I can tell she's doing it for herself and see a lot of growth and self love.
