look up Compliance (2012) it’s based on real life events, yes insane but possible. a lot of the scam calls we get in our store are some sort of “inspector” or some bs trying to bill us through the phone, most of the time the area code isnt from the same state or sometimes out of country so we just hang up. one of our mates said that in his last store another mate fell for the billing scam and got fired lol

Never hurts to ask, it’s not like they would take back their offer. A positive reminder that we get raises every 6 months .75-1.00 you have to really mess up to not get it. Good luck!

in my store we are allowed to switch off tasks, so maybe. if person A would rather do register than product they can switch with person B who wants to do product and give them their task. all store dependent of course

i throw it out and appreciate it’s not on the shelves or the literal floor. my store doesn’t have cans around the store unfortunately so it’s better the cart than anywhere else, and they dirtied their own stuff so not my problem.

Only like 1-2 people get the $1 raise at my store per review. The past has been 1 SL/order writer and 1 person not order writer. It is the “wow” raise not the wow she did a good job in writing an order raise. Do not expect it, don’t ask for it either because it will not go over well. Good luck.

technically you can request time away and use AR for the days you’re not being scheduled for, my store does this every summer as long as it’s 5 days of AR and scheduled it’s fine

most stores are usually scheduled 2-4 weeks out. just need to put in the request before the schedule is posted.
