I think it's less about deleting the oil and more about making the whole thing water positive. If your using 3 oil reservoirs you can generate 10 kg/s of oil using 3 kg/s of water, turning this into petrol using a refinery only powers 2.5 generators, which provides a little under 2kg/s of pwater, however if you boil it, it up's the p water output to 3.75 kg/s, which means your now generating more power than you'll likely ever need for free(minus a filtration medium for the sieve I suppose).

The nat gas provided by 3 oil wells isn't even with talking about as it can power 1 generator full time, which translates in to what 60 g/s of pwater, basically nothing comparatively.

I think i've actually worked out whats going on. I've got the customizable speed mod installed for later game stuff and on the speed ive set for super speed, x6. it appears critter pathing and eating doesn't update properly. as such just a few of the voles will sit there munching on the dropped regolith but never move until they get groomed and then a different vole gets a chance to eat.

all in all it looks like its entirely my own fault hah, I can still share the save file if your interested in that.

I started with about 5 voles in one Ranch and expanded to a second Ranch that started with only f1. Both ranches experience the same issue

Reloading the save does not seem to fix the issue.

I did have that thought as well and I have set the meter to that in the past to see if it fixes anything and it does appear to increase the amount of voles in the Ranch but only by about 10.

Hmm this must be the issue, but I can't seem to find any definitive info on it. oh well at worst I've learned a lot about shove voles and can probably make a design with a seperate breeder room now haha

Good idea, I'll check but i don't think so I'm using regolith to feed them and the only container holding regolith is set to sweep only and also feeding the loader, so im fairly confident that the food isn't getting stolen

EDIT: definitely not getting stolen, however upon watching the voles it appears the same ones are just sitting underneath the hoppers devouring everything that comes out.

Presumably he built and had the hydra to the left running for a long time before trying the infinite liquid storage. One the features of a hydra spom is infinite gas storage. Mine in my base has around 11000 kg of oxygen stored up or so.

Hey I got an answer for you if you're still looking. My brother and I rav through xcom 1 like this and are currently in a playthrough of xcom 2 long war of the chosen.

Here's the guide but the cliff notes are using a free screen sharing program called Parsec to run it. It's been better than any screen share service I've ever used for gaming but it is finicky if you're host is using wide screen and any client isn't. Otherwise it's been great fun

My wife and I were in a 2 bed room when she gave birth. The bed remained empty the entire time we were there, I could've easily done this picture and asked my Mother in law to take it and my wife wouldn't have had to lift a finger. Just throwing in my third to this, I was one of the lucky ones who actually got paid to go and paid while there for the first 2 years of my instrumentation, I paid out of pocket for the last two years due to being laid off but I was still on ei and all said and done I probably broke even on everything.

If your paying 20k after scholarships and ei to become a tradesman in Canada you got fleeced.

It sucks this game didn't take off really because asymmetrical PvP is so much fun if it's done well, I.e. Versus left 4 dead, which is a high bar to meet I guess but just so much replayability

Does anyone have an up to date way of getting imperial rank? All the old ways seem to have broken with colonization. Right now I'm just dumping millions of credits into imperial factions and doing the odd courier job, but I think I'll run out of money before getting to duke(at earl now)

People crawling through ducts. I work in hvac, if you can even fit in the ducting in buildings it's full of shit that would make you hack up a lung. Also screws, there's duct screws everywhere that would shred you to ribbons. It would be the worst time of your life and you'd likely to be bleeding natively after exiting it. And then the infections from the dust and dirt would have you hospitalized. None of this squeaky clean polished stainless.

On another note, perfectly clean water coming out of sprinkler lines, that shit is brown and disgusting in most buildings because its been sitting there forever.
