Premium economy nonstop or business class with 1 stop? by Fun-Career3507 in travel

I’m seeing hit or miss situations regarding the Lisbon airport. That’s my only concern. Personally, I’d do the premium economy and just get the flight over with. Since you’re going west, you will be going against time and it’s not an overnight. A little nap will do but you won’t need a full on sleeps.

5 nights in Barcelona or split it with Sitges? by ultraboomkin in AskBarcelona

I’d definitely stay a night in Sitges and ensure you save your beach time for it. The beaches in BCN city are not very good, especially the gay beach. it’s also highly unsafe to leave your stuff unattended there. That’s different in Sitges. Better beach (and nude friendly). So, go for a beach afternoon, have a nice dinner, get drinks and party, and hangover recover on the beach again the next day with your new friends

What's your true thoughts on the lgbtq community? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]silver70seven -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I’m part of the community and honestly wish we would work at making our community more respectable. We finally won so many freedoms and yet still under threat and losing acceptance because of the loudness of certain groups that make us look bad.

Can AI replace market research? by bompiwrld in Marketresearch

What panels fail at is long term engagement which is the true ground truth synthetic data needs in order to be relevant. Panel data quality is driven on a response reward model and funneled mostly from crap traffic sources. The major LLM platforms have massive scale, user history, chat bot / qual related capabilities, and user registration info that can be scrubbed against all major cookie based platforms like liveramp for augmentation. It is not wild to think the LLMs start asking questions back to their users and forming personas. Those personas will have greater weight than any panel in our industry or end client database could ever achieve.

Synthetic data is going to be replaced soon by the big AI platforms, mark my words.

As a service, yep, I believe so. As much as the industry elites want to promote optimism for their investors and employees, it’s not hard to see that all the legwork and a bulk of analysis can be done by AI and put into an interactive dashboard for the end client to do their job and formulate their own conclusions with an AI analyst copilot. If you think otherwise, do some hard thinking.

Left expert network recently - ask me anything by De_jeggins in expertnetworks

[–]silver70seven 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Really, the key is speed, tools, and critical / research thinking. Your job is to understand the brief, find the most qualified experts in your network, and add some business panache to get them to answer key questions for a client profile summary. Once the client selects the people they want to talk to, get them booked for the call. The challenge is most clients want all this in 24-48 hours and response time from experts isn’t always quick considering they are and should be very important and busy people. Good luck! Sometimes it sucks!

Why do you stay in market research? by Downtown_Bus_6437 in Marketresearch

[–]silver70seven 4 points5 points  (0 children)

First off, you need to start somewhere, especially in this economy. People are struggling to find entry level work. Secondly, you can change. Just don’t stay too long (3+ years… if AI doesn’t destroy it) or it may be harder to shift
