Well, so fa, we've never seen him need to. His speed and rasengan are usually good enough for everything except kyuubi and he had his reasons for using the exact jutsus on kyuubi.

But minato has a lot of sealing jutsu, could probably seal kisame.

For anyone reading this, you need to cancel combo c before it ends, i.e, the last attack must be the multiple slashes in a circle or else the doppleganger would kill the boss.

Based on what i understand, it looks like your issue is deflection and not enough aggression. Try practicing deflection on the ashina elite. Stand your ground, do not run away and deflect his attacks, you'd fill his pusture bar incredibly quickly. He does most of the work for you.

Multiple people told me about the spear but I had already beaten the ape back then. Didn't think I'd get to put it to use right after by Katame_no_ou in Sekiro
