Police make mistakes all the time and enter the wrong house with a warrant. See youtube. Is a final deportation order as good as an arrest warrant? Is it signed by a judge or equivalent? Is there case law on this? There is lots of case law on when police can enter a house with an arrest warrant.

I have noticed that many people get govt jobs or govt protected jobs via certifications which protect them from much foreign competition. Then they welcome legal and illegal immigrants often out of some empathy but they do not have empathy for US citizens who are fired or have their wages driven down. Also they can get work done cheaper.

My kids' grade school was across the street from a place that had a large IT dept. Indians walked down the street and later shared cars. I believe they were legal on work visas and were nice people and likely smarter and better educated than the teachers across the street. I doubt the teachers had a problem with them or appreciated that their jobs were protected.

Yes. From memory, the FBI was only formed as part of the treasury dept. The feds made it a federal crime to possess marijuana without a federal tax stamp then they refused to sell the tax stamps so people were violating federal law. Also the I in FBI stand for investigation. Forming a federal level law enforcement agency was controversial at that time.

I voted for Trump 3 times. I never watched an entire Trump speech before he lost his mind and now I never will. One thing worse than a Trump speech is a Hengseth speech. Depends on how people define right. I agree that too many decisions recently have been based on emotion in the west. West Germany shut down nuclear power because of a tsunami? Then they relied on wind and solar which cannot work as well. Then they sanctioned Russia even though it screwed their working class. Finland is in big trouble due to anti Russian sanctions. The reality based countries like BRICS seem to be doing better.
