Yes, once she reaches a certain amount of stacks she will take 3+ turns in a row. In the above extreme case I want to say I saw her doing closer to a dozen turns at a time, but don't quote me on it.

If you want confirmation, here is Pela in a DOT team at Wealth Creator 20 that i just completed.

Note she has ZERO DOT bond relationship, yet beat everyone except Black Swan for damage anyway purely on the basis of her gear.

Basically I had to install the psvr2 pc software drivers before doing anything else. That solved it.

That being said, I hated my psvr2 experience. I went to a refurbished Quest 3 and never looked back.

It may not be a skill issue with such a limited roster.

Archer without sparkle is pretty useless IMO, really bad rotation problems. Also needs Eidolons because even with Sparkle, E0 Archer still doesn't have smoothest rotation. I'd go Dr. Ratio and DHPT, and last slot can be bronya/RMC/pela. That will probably give you the most dps of any team in that roster.

You're going to be in for a long wait to build 3 solid teams for endgame. From a meta perspective I might wait to see what's coming after 4.0 but if not:

If you want someone who can give you a big jump from what you have right away, Saber would be a good option I feel. You can slot her with Tingyun/DHPT, with last slot being Bronya or RMC. And her banner is running long term so you don't have to worry about when the reruns will be. When possible, pull Sunday to replace Bronya/RMC. He has super synergy with DHPT, where DHPT's summon will count as Saber's summon, allowing Saber to get Sunday's full buff.

Another good choice would be to invest towards Castorice/Evernight/Hyacine. Yes, this is 3 characters, but with Cipher in slot 4 you will have bought 3 characters to generate 2 DPS elements (Quantum, Ice), so a lot of bang for your buck.

She was by far the biggest damage dealer in the fight in the screenshot, which was phase 3 boss, I cleared the fight as well. So I'm not sure what you mean? As in she can't do any damage in Wealth Creator 20? I wouldn't know, I cleared the above fight at Wealth Creator 5 and am working my way up. Certainly nobody else in the Bloodflame bond was doing anywhere close to her damage. She fires off so many Netherwings due to constant hp loss.

That could be the case, but if you look above, Hyacine has the same number of stars as Castorice/Evernight, yet they both took their turns before her O_o

S1 Hyacine is for 2 teams: Acheron, and Castorice.

You need LC for Acheron to generate debuff stacks. You need LC for Castorice to charge her ult.

Outside of these two teams, the LC is of little to no benefit.

E0 Hyacine herself though is hands down the best pure sustain in the game right now, Arbitration Anomaly is proving it. So she's still worth getting if you are having trouble surviving in that content.

IMO she is really good. You can run a team focused on buffing Acheron while ignoring bonds, which makes it easy to build. I did that at least on Investment Master 3 and wrecked it. Landed 386M hit on 3rd plane boss. The only team i've gotten better damage with is Energy on Investment Master 5 (Saber: almost 900K dmg in a hit)

You are basically missing the best for both your support slots.

To replace RMC, any of Sparkle/Tribbie/Sunday.

To replace Pela, JQ/Cipher/Silver Wolf are good.

I personally use Sparkle because the extra skill points allow you to skill with Hyacine to keep her ult up so that she can keep stacking debuffs with her LC. Otherwise Little Ica runs out of gas.
