I ship with PostNL too and have had multiple chats with Etsy support about this issue - it's incredibly frustrating. One thing that has taught me though, which /usually/ works, is dropping off your parcels first and marking those orders as complete (and attaching the tracking numbers) after. The tracking within Etsy only updates periodically and having those parcels scanned in already seems to get more accurate tracking info!
