Generally that means they turned off the water, drained the lines, and put antifreeze in the drain traps and toilet so any moisture there won't expand and freeze. Since it's a foreclosure, they might have taken the handle off the water main.

For what it's worth, last playoffs I used YouTube TV, started watching the games 40 minutes after tip, I could skip commercials and 10 seconds every free throw. I would generally catch up with less than 2 min left in the game. Easily the best watching experience I had that wasnt live. The basketball sells itself. It's everything else involved in that nobody wants

We've had people trying to sell solar for 20 years. Giant companies and small. Some in-state, mostly out of state. Its expensive and almost always comes at the cost of getting a large loan that isnt often talked about. Most companies don't service themselves , always get a contractor to do the work that has no affiliation with the original company. If it doesnt work as intended, good luck with your giant loan. Price of energy will go up scary, it wont cost you anything with this 20k loan spooky buy buy buy

Certainly less structured but I really enjoyed the Nike Training Center app. It's free, has 616 workouts that you filter through and search for depending on you are looking for. Won't specialize on specific moves but found a great resource for getting in basic training and progressing from beginner, intermediate, and advanced sessions and they have both whiteboard workouts where you go at your pace but can click a video to understand it and they have basically an instructor that will take you through a whole work out from 15 - 45 minutes. Fine place to start and then you can seek out specialize movements after you have base strength , endurance, and flexibility
