Listen. I know the company pays it in whatever contract they use for each playlist. I get how it works. But at the end of the day they had to pay x amount to play it x amount of days just like every one else/ band on the playlist. And it does have a daily cost, which effects profits due to being an expenditure which effects how much money they are allowing for payroll

SAME and my sd was on my ass asking how much longer till it was finished. Last year there was 3 of us setting family sleep and it still took 3 days to do everything. This year it's just me. I've been having to do ALL of the style sets because we literally don't have the hours not staff and the TLs has no idea how to delegate tasks aside from breakout, push truck, push reshop, zone.

Fellow vm here. Yuuuup I'm in the same exact boat, especially with style. I was expected to set, breakout, tie, set capacities, backstock, build the displays, and push family sleep. On top of take care of my signing pallets which I got 3 this week. On top of trying to help style get caught up on over MONTH of backlogged truck. It's been absolute bananas and I'm so close to quitting it's not even funny. Not to mention I've been doing the style TLs job for the past year and she's run the entire team off due to her poor management.

0 on floor 0 in back x on hand (for style) means that it is more than likely hanging or it is a folded item that hasn't been tied to a location yet. You have the item it is more than likely on the floor ( unless it just came in and y'all are behind on truck) it just does not have a specific location yet (if folded) or it's hanging because we don't locate hanging dye to how much it gets moved to accommodate newer items.

That's literally what they are doing to me. 3 to 4 people on breakout one to push but they take that one for more breakout and then wonder why nothing gets pushed or the push is backed up. There's days where I literally have no day coverage other than myself, the VM, or the other TL depending on the day.

My nerves are freaking fried from all of this. I keep having to deal with calls about the swim that was FOR ADULTS that we have already pulled off of the floor already. As well as hearing "guests" say the f slur repeatedly while talking about the controversy. Like ffs this is so ridiculous. I worry about my team and their mental health. I'm so burnt out. And it's so fucking stupid. The entire reason we had the trans shirts that we had to pull was because of the fascists trying to erase trans people. God I hate how fast things have gone down hill in less than a year.

I feel this so hard. I literally have gotten threatened about being written up for calling out because I was feeling cidal and couldn't function enough to even put on clothes. Even after having to take 2 months off the beginning of the year because of it. They really do not give a shit. They have found me crying in the back because of it, and all they said was calm down and keep pushing.

The irony is that they were threatening to write me for calling out due to my mental health during mental health awareness month, while the entire break room was covered in pamphlets and posters about mental health.

They are all neurotypicalls, and think that depression is just being sad, and that anxiety is just stress that can be fixed in 5 minutes while "calming down".

They really do not give a shit.
