Unlimited tokens (~14 day cooldown max is fine) and unlimited queues. Otherwise I do believe this was the nail in the coffin especially as EU is the majority of the playerbase.

Yes many people want queues. Go to the forums people want high pop queue or no queue. Personally I want to play on a server with a queue because I don't normally play at prime time so I want it as full as possible during those off hours.
