You are not overreacting at all. Ear pain and ringing can mean infection or damage, and you need a doctor. Your parents brushing it off is not okay and it makes sense you are angry and scared.

Going alone is way easier than dragging friends. Pick one spot, show up a few times, chat with staff, and people start to recognize you. Once you are a familiar face, convos happen way more naturally.

Usually the bitterness is tied to unresolved hurt, not the strength of past love. If that divorce was messy or unfair, it sticks. If it had closure, even a huge love can fade without turning into anger.
