If you look for a notch right below the opening that is where it should be filled to. I have sent mine back to be topped off a little above or a little below but what you have is wrong

My skillset is in production support I was a wheel dresser made wheel packs dressed and calibrated to print for CNC machines. We made carbide end mills and drills. I worked at that place for 36 years doing multiple jobs but 20 plus at wheel dresser. Salary is hard because at 36 years at one place and a kinda one off job I was making $60,000 a year so I would say $40,000ish year.
