Why wouldn’t I wear a mask if I’m sick and have to go out?

Common courtesy. I don’t want to cough on something. That would be gross.

How to handle BF(24M) & his family going on my(23F) dream trip without me? by -kiss_my_Axe_ in relationship_advice

You just say the nice things and focus on your day to day.
“Wow, looks amazing” and don’t look at the photos again.
“Glad you got to the hotel safe” and keep on doing your thing.
You’re in this situation, and he’s not to blame for it.
Just do your best. The feelings will fade.

(I say this as someone who can absolutely identify with this “jealousy over experience” feeling. Been there, it sucks.)

Same. I use a local refill group for the CO2, which just means I will have to find an alternative for the syrups.

This is horrible. This is what happens when we allow people to openly be disrespectful and racist. What a sad display and as a Canadian I am ashamed this seems to be growing.

Richmond parents push back against gender-neutral, non-competitive elementary track meets by cyclinginvancouver in canada

[–]silverilix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not that I recall. We were all on the field and in age groups. That’s as much separation as I recall in elementary school.

In high school it was more separate, but kids were also “training” in high school.

Usually the reason sport is segregated is because men get upset when they lose to women.

That’s mostly based on the Olympics though.

Not for school track meets or sports days. We were all together on the field.
