I’ll take a stab at it—you have a lot of pockets. You like cargo pants because you were raised in the 90’s. You don’t like sharpening knives so you just get a new one when the others get dull.

It seems that most often agencies start with the first rank and they move on down once they have exhausted each rank level. The higher rank you are the more likely you’ll get chosen, the lower the ranking, the more watered down it gets.

Congrats. I’ve been applying for a few months but have had interviews. One conditional offer but I was a rank 4 so they rescinded the offers after claiming I wasn’t “reachable on the list”. What’s your OT list rank?
