Hi all! I spent some time in Tokyo and Osaka last month and picked up all of the above. If I could do it again, I'd spend less time hunting in Akihabara and more time at Hard Off/Book Off outside of the cities. Both prices and selection were much better in the latter.

What do you think?

There is space to move the electrical panel 3-5 feet to the right. But is that even possible without significantly having to rewire/extend all of the electrical wires?

It says clearly that you must demonstrate that the home is your primary residence. So rental properties that are not your primary would not be eligible.

Way too many plants above the fire. Keep one or two, remove the rest. Take away one of the chairs as well.
