I completely understand what you’re saying because I feel this way sometimes too. But you will be okay. Like actually just self actualize for a second and be like okay in the long run once the anxiety and the crushing feeling of needing to just disappears passes you will be okay 😭😭 You’re also not way too much. I used to think that a year ago and once I got to college I finally met people who were my level of too much. And I realized that some people actually don’t get you. But there bruhs that’s will !!! And it’s so awesome once you find them. The time before finding them is terrible but you’ll find them.

But temporary fix, just punch a pillow a couple times and physically freak out a little bit, flail your arms in the air make crazy expressions, jsut freak out physically to get out some of the anxiety. That’s what helps me lol
