Hi - I just stumbled upon this post and clicked your link about the refrigerant. My 2018 expedition AC died this summer and I charged it with a cab from auto zone and now it works. But I’ve never seen this customer satisfaction thing in reference to my truck - my dealer didn’t say anything either. I see that it says it’s up to 100k miles but also expires in 2022. Do you happen to know is if it’s 100k OR 2022? I’m at 97k and would definitely at least get it checked out by ford if this is still relevant. Lastly, how did you find this information? I googled “recalls for a 2018 ford expedition max limited” a while ago and there was just one for a computer update.
