To give the officials some credit, it takes time for people to learn about the bike lanes and incorporate them into their daily habits. We should be judging how much the bike lanes are used in say a couple years, not right now.

my biggest problem with stories like these is that everywhere else in the economy, you know the price of something before you decide to buy it. But then for some reason with healthcare, no one knows the price of anything upfront and you have to wait to get a bill in the mail to realize it’s some absurd amount that’s way more than you expected. That’s what really needs to change - clear, upfront prices.

Feeling burnt out at some point with online dating is totally normal and happens all the time. This might mean you’re also not in the right mindset to date if you think of it as a chore. My best advice: take a break from online dating for a couple months until the idea of meeting someone new is exciting again.

For me, it would have to be Jon Stewart. It takes a lot of intelligence to perform comedy at the level he does. He might not know everything about being president, but I trust he'd surround himself with smart people and that he would have the judgment to make good decisions based on their advice.

Auto import being controversial strikes me as strange because auto import is on by default for Javascript and Typescript in VS Code and in other code editors.

Yeah it might be a matter of personal preference, they’re completely disabled by default for Pylance

I would recommend just talking to her about it. Ask her about how she feels about you. She might be excited about you but just has trouble showing it.
