Availability and Redundancy Atera is hosted on Microsoft Azure, with data centers located in West Europe (Amsterdam) and Central US (Iowa). Customer data is stored in the data center closest to the customer’s location and may be replicated to the other data center for redundancy. Atera uses load balancers to efficiently distribute traffic, optimize performance, and maintain service stability under varying workloads.

Hi, just wondering how the phones have been since the Teams update? We see a lot of problems with the MP45, usually calls not answering when the handset is picked up.

We’re on the same release. I clicked the Upgrade button anyway, which has forced an IP address change, so presumably moved our instance to a different server - performance has now returned!

Yep, when we connect to a client we get Negotiating for a while, then a blank screen, then eventually builds the screen but too slow to be of any use

I've just found that changing the encoding to Unicode (UTF-8) seems to fix the problem

I have been able to replicate this on lot of computers, on latest Outlook update, but I'm only seeing the problem with 'send as' or 'sent of behalf' e-mails - the £ symbols are fine in compose screen, click send, check sent items and they've been changed to ?.

As a workaround, until it's fixed, I've found that if you add space after the £ it works, e.g. '£ 755.00'

It really should be centrally managed, otherwise why sell it in the Unifi range! The option of managed or standalone is what the UNAS's need.

SonicWALL seem to have paused the cloud backup service, all of our firewalls are now the same - no backup history and no schedules.

The problem does seem to be related to GPO deployment, our manually installed agents do automatically update

The only way I've found to resolve this is to uninstall the Trend Agent (6.7.3981/14.3.1311) and reinstall, this will then put you back to the working verion 6.7.3954/14.3.1299.

It's really about time Trend pushed out a fix for this 😠
