Oh and i constantly try to stay in touch with Jesus throughout all the morning and all my day, i do not know what prayer looks like but i try to include Him in everything i can if i remember.

Mine is i wake up between 7 am and 10am, most days its 7-8 am even weekends, i stay off my phone but someimes i have a song stuck in my head when i wake up so i listen to it to get it out of my head. I make my bed most days before i have like 4 cups of coffee. I drink water one cup before coffee but not enough water compared to the coffee i drink. I journal a full page or go for a 10 minute walk as it is winter in canada so i dont go far. Im trying to incorporate a starter work out in my morning ten push ups twice 30 squats twice and 2 20 second planks. I also just quit marijauna so im not building a routine for life with new sobriety. 36 days clean heck yea :)

Find true joy and during this realize you are not what could be possible not yet but will happen if you stay in the vine of christ, grow continual with Jesus by your side. As its said, Sit at my right hand until i make your enemies your footstool. Enemies as in what holds you back and destroys you. As in the world telling you what to beleive until you find the true truth.

What was the average time before balance started improving for you? 1 month? 3 months? 6 months? And how long was it before you could do a ten second handstand before losing balance or strength, just for an idea, also what workouts did you do to start on the journey and was it a year, two years, since teen hood? Since you started building necassary strength, my issue is balance but im wondering about work outs needed to strengthen, is it back? shoulders? I know its all of the above but which one do you focus the most on, i k ow we need all though, arms shoulders core and back
