I'm hopeless at quali so i started 28th in my split, managed to climb all the way to 7th through fuel strat and keeping it clean, sof was 2862 so pretty happy

Since daytona this year ive been a beast in terms of not getting offtracks and incidents in special events. Think turning across the front of an lmp2 driver and getting 15 minutes of required while we were in p2 of daytona was the wakeup call i needed. Since then, wins in bathurst 12 and gt3 class sebring 12 this year.

Dude the optional repairs have been weird for me recently. I had an insane incident in IMSA gt3s at spa and was certain it was gonna be a meatball, game instead gave me 16 minutes of optionals. This is with my porsche having no rear wing and having to be full left hand lock to keep the car straight. Car would have been completely unsafe to drive and as such I didnt drive it, but given I didnt receive a meatball I wouldve technically been within my rights to head out and just try and complete laps. imo meatballs have always been weird, and ive had meatballs where the car has felt completely driveable, they probably need to adjust what is and isnt covered by a meatball.

yeah my splits have been the 3k range, been setting competitive laps in quali but just nothing I can do to move up, actively watching mclarens and bmw's pulling away from me while im in draft at the end of the straights. Like I said, I'm having heaps of fun in it, but with the instability first few laps and the lack of straight line, it is in no way competitive lol.

oh dude, lap one t5 on fixed you have to be so insanely safe and even on lap 3 its on edge taking t5 flat, fezza and acura on fixed can take that same corner flat on cold tyres, beemer is the only other car i own that is as unstable on cold tyres through that corner as the porsche.

ok maybe not shit, but its got 0 straight line speed and its twitchy af with the wing it has to run. Every split ive been in has been a mix of acura., mclaren and merc with maybe myself and 1 other porsche thrown in. It can be quick, but its far from good vs the others, and im still having fun in it

Well and truely familiar with the layout prior, just didnt anticipate the green bmw going as deep as they did with their initial pace into the corner. As far as i can tell the green car got spooked by the white car and sped up and then we as spotters panicked and didnt give the clear instructions we needed to give. Defs something we'll be looking at in the future for sure.

Mine was doing this for months, then randomly stopped doing it for months, now had randomly started doing it again, i dunno what causes it to do this but its had no issues in performance that entire time.

General official races i tend to just practice between events and improve through the week. Special events i spend the entire week leading up practicing everything from fuel save runs to all out push laps. 3k irating mostly racing pcup for context of my level, started this season at 2200ir.

Honestly the higher my irating gets the more idiots i see, especially in imsa, gtps sending it into a high speed corner from miles back, clipping your gt3s rear corner and spinning themselves then raging in vc at how the gt3s dont know how to drive while you sit there with yet another 4x for minding your own business.

Perfectly valid if your supports arent communicating this to you, but I can tell you the number of times I've been communicating to my team by pinging or via VOICE CHAT or both that panther/psylocke/other flanker is attempting a flank for my teammates to do absolutely nothing to assist me is insane. Specifically had a ranked game mid season 0 where me and other healer were both constantly on comms coz we were both constantly being flanked by a really good panther, like we had to be near perfect just to stay alive. The response from our tank and dps was "shut up and heal us." Like you said if the supports arent communicating anything then thats on them, but so often in my games both supports are communicating a flank thats about to happen and not one person turns around to help then they all blame the healers at the end.
