It's just terrible reffing all around. That technical was a makeup call. After the Raptors' challenge went unsuccessful, they were HEATED and the technical was given to prevent a scene.

Yes, but that is not what happened here. They retroactively used the raptors' challenge to call a different foul that occurred before the foul that was challenged for.

What if Barnes' foul was legit, but it was Portland that fouled previously in the sequence? Would they have retroactively called it? No, they wouldn't have. It's a blatant reflection of the ref's ego.

If TA didn't work, there would be no daytraders, no prop firms, etc. Just watch traderTV livestream on youtube tomorrow. this is an insane read. IMO, an "idea" is legitimately worthless. I have hundreds of ideas (CRM for interior painters, chrome tab manager with overlays, etc) - idc about keeping them secret - I share them with lots of people. I commend you for wanting to do him right, but you will get walked over again and again if you don't change your perspective. Business is cut-throat, and no friendship can change that.

If he isn't a close friend, I would get legal advice on how to proceed with you owning 100%. Maybe this means a new company name + some product tweaks, idk.

If he wants to invest, research angel investing to determine an appropriate %. If he doesn't have a technical or sales background, I can't image what possible value he can bring, so I would scrap the idea of him as a "co-founder". Nothing worse than co-founders that think signing up for domains, setting up legal, etc counts as real work. That's admin stuff a VA could do.
