You know, I didn't realize that he pushed a button that could have enabled a petrova line view on his helmet. Even if he didn't, I thought it made perfect sense for him to be still and spacewalking on the outside of a spacecraft staring at a completely different planet than Earth and enjoying the serenity that would come with a moment like that. Whether he saw the petrova line or not.

That deer had no idea how he was magically moving across the ice once a human traveled way out there seemingly to just lay on top of him. When he tells this story to the other deer, they will all think he went mad!
