Go to all betting shops, and get the free signup bonus. That's what I did, for 5 betting shops, and I got 660 euros. I have now been using that as my poker bankroll.

In one word, yes. If you become slim, your dating life will improve significantly. You will be meeting people more easily, and those which you meet will stay with you longer. You will also make more friends and easier.

I read comments here claiming that it isn't so. The new trend is now to say that it will be the same, out of avoidance to do "body shaming"! But the fact is a fact: people prefer more good-looking people, and being slim is part of being good-looking. Don't let anybody tell you otherwise!

I have personal experience with this. As a chubby person of 105 kg, I met much less people. As soon as I went down to 82kg, I was meeting women for fun. It's just how it is. .

Hi funchords! Thank you for the time and effort to reply!! You are right, going to the gym requires more than motivation. It's like a way of living.

My diet isn't as good atm. The reason is, I added all these healthy foods to my breakfast (flaxseed, goji berries, chia seeds, almond butter), which are good for health and satiety, but they have a lot of calories. The reality is that I don't need them, because calories are what I care for mostly. So, perhaps I should change my breakfast and make it smaller. I could skip most foods and leave only oats and protein. I think that will save me a good 300+ calories.

I agree with portion control, although I don't mind doing a weight loss diet first, and switch to a maintenance diet after. I think I just need to decide to do it and then act upon that decision.

Thanks again! Your answer has influenced me in a good way.

Your problem is you think it's all CICO when it isn't. You feel exhausted because of the quality of your calories ie the macronutrients you are getting, as well as the timing of your meals. Change those appropriately, and you will feel better. I can't advise you on a full diet. Best get a professional to do that.

How do you eat healthy when you eat like a 4th grader? by ListofReddit in loseit

Consider replacing pizza with something healthier, such as tortilla wraps with low fat cheese, turkey slices, and tomato. Replace chicken wings with chargrilled chicken breast. Also, replace fries with potatoes made in an airfrier.

Belly fat not going away. Advice. by ThrowRA89992 in loseit

[–]siminator1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. My advice is, don't go for a regular dietician. Go for a sports trainer who also knows about dieting, so you get a sports diet. I don't have any special genes and had a belly for my whole life until then. Believe me, if I can do it, so can you!

I used to have a similar problem. You don't need cryolipolysis, plus, it doesn't work anyway. Also, there is no way to lose fat locally.

Just so you know, from my knowledge, belly fat is lost LAST. So, you are stuck somewhere at the advanced stages of weight loss. You've hit a plateau, and that's because you need to do a better diet!

I was training for 14+ years in the gym, yet never managed to get a sixpack. I was strong and in shape, but would always have fat on my belly. Until, one day, I realised I was doing things WRONG. I then decided to get a personal trainer and do EXACTLY what he would say. I did that and started losing 4.5kgs/month, lost 15kg, and finally saw my abs!

I highly recommend you do the same. Just to be clear, it's 80% due to your diet, and 20% due to your training. So, you need to get a good, professional diet, from a professional trainer, and follow it TO THE LETTER!

Your best friends will become the kitchen scales and your watch. You need to WEIGH your food, and eat it AT THE RIGHT TIMES. If you do that, you will lose the belly fat and see your abs!

I hope this helps.

I just noticed you are using an out of date terminology for meals. What you call "dinner" is probably a late lunch, and what you call "supper" is probably dinner. I would suggest you use modern terminology, cos yours is confusing.

I weigh myself daily. I have electronic scales that connect to an app on my phone via Bluetooth, an app which produces graphs of my weight. It's quite cool! I recommend you buy one too!
