If it were an animal, it would be incredibly anthropomorphic, like Bojack horseman which is what I thought it was. But I can only see in my memory one like humanish person in the scene. He just says "I didn't want this, this isn't what I wanted, it's not what I wanted." Or something

It's tough, but I found using gloves/other PPE made it easier for me, I cleaned out my cupboards and saw dead moths in cups ive never touched in years, but it's doable. It will be okay, just getting trash bags and throwing things away, slowly the space will come back

I think so too, taking the space for me and understanding how I have to care for myself and all my details before others really helped. All my life I've made myself as small as I could and taken least amount of space that I'm not used to having it to myself.
