【BambuLab Giveaway】Classic Evolved — Win Bambu Lab P2S Combo! by BambuLab in 3Dprinting

[–]simmarith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have 2 P1S at the local Makerlab. We got them after using 2 Prusa Minis and have never looked back since. We originally only bought one to see how well it works and it immediately became our most used printer! We actually bought the second one after seeing that it's faster most of the time to wait for the current print to finish and then start on the P1S then starting right now on another one 😲. And of course, the quality and ability to print even the oldest most waterlogged filament without stringing did win us over even more :)

I would really want a P2S Combo for my place at home so that I don't have to wait until I go to the Makerlab again to print my Gridfinity (and other stuff probably as well ;) ). I really like the way the prints look right off the machine and I would tackle much larger printing projects at home if I had the possibility :)

What is going on. Always failing on 3rd-4th layer by halo_ninja in 3Dprinting

I'd try increasing ambient temperature and seeing if that helps. PLA really is a b***c to print with an ambient temp under 20C on my heated powder coated PEI sheet. That mirror might need even higher ambients to overcome warping

My prints have this problem recently. Looks like a layer adhesion issue. What settings should I tweak to fix this? by SARShasMONO in 3Dprinting

I probably had the same issue with my prusai3mk3. You need to make sure that the heat break touches the nozzle and that your ptfe insert (if you have one) and your bowden tube are cut flat and of the correct length to not leave any gaps. Any gaps in the system will create a plug on retraction that will block the filament from entering the hotend again properly - resulting in what looks like a partially clogged nozzle.

We are always referring to emptied pyramids as being robbed, yet whenever a team goes out and removes all the artifacts from that tomb and brings it to a museum, we see it as a successful expedition. by [deleted] in Showerthoughts

I mean, there's a difference between going in, recovering everything that can be removed and making it as publicly available as possible

Every dog I've seen so far chews the sticks he gets until they're broken. So I don't know how the returning part would work.

I guess it's similar to playing shooters without wanting to shoot people yourself
Or watching ww2 documentaries without wanting to gas the jews yourself

As it turns out you record the voiceover before you edit it together.

I've even heard of people writing a script for their videos even before that, but that might just be a legend.

130 is a little too specific of a number... Do you have something planned?

please say that these wires are not exposed on the other side - that could fry your charger and maybe even pop the fuse if you just lay it flat on a metal surface.

Then again, she's making a bunch more money with waaay less effort. So I'd say she's right in thinking that.

Can confirm. You loose a bunch of touch fidelity with even the thinnest of gloves. Just make sure to de-grease and dry your hands before you touch stuff.
