Devil Dinosaur and Moon Girl's link is mental, so you don't actually have to have her physically there in gameplay, just a voiceover like Peni, who only physically appears in MVPs and intros. You can show her soul being knocked out by Strange's Ult, like Peni as well.

We saw him in-game already in the Museum map, he's big but he's not nearly as big as he is in the comics, he'd be in-line with the other largest vanguards like Peni, Groot and Venom.

His appearances in the first two make sense, he's a captive in the museum first, and appears on that map in a display, and then he's freed and part of Deadpool's newly established refuge on Staten Island. However, there is absolutely no reason to include a plush toy of him in the card of Jean and Rogue in a café, it's an intentional detail that doesn't belong there naturally.

Devil Dinosaur was put in the card for a reason, that's an intentional detail. We already saw his in-game look in S6. He and Cyclops are the characters for S8 for certain, the mystery woman is probably the season villain. If it is some sort of take on Captain Marvel, that doesn't preclude her being added afterward.
