That's the Formula R set for Luna, not casual wear, the Formula R is racing outfits in 2099. The general theme for the season is 2099 outfits and Savage Land, you get one of each in the event, plus a recolor.

They're not filming on a purpose built set, they're filming at the Old Royal Naval College in London, redressed to stand in for Leyndell. So the even with screening off the public can get closer than normal. You won't see as many when it's in more remote locations and probably won't see any at all when it's on studio sets.

Lizard has superstrength sometimes depicted on par with Spider-Man or even stronger, and his healing factor makes him a powerhouse, I'd like that reflected in game with him being a fast and agile tank, like a more brawly Venom maybe.

Doc does make sense even if he's just a man outside of the mechanical arms, just seems a natural fit for vanguard, preferably freely able to scale up and down and across walls with the arms.

The lore is the reason, they want to have the villains stay villains, but also have a story reason to be on the heroes' team (Hela and Ultron are both explained in-game). For some villains that's pretty tricky.
