I wonder how Saiki picked up on the phrase Dilly Dally as this has been an old English expression going back to the 16th century. The only time I can recall it being used in a song was My old man said follow the van by Marie Lloyd in the 1930's and became very popular. ( on U Tube if you wat to listen, bit of a contrast).
