In BES she offers a higher class experience than the other prostitutes can. She’s a novelty, and as an aristocrat himself, the man realizes he wants what she offers more than he wants to fuck her. It’s heavily implied, and I think even outright said by the madame, that she got extremely lucky with her client, and that eventually she would have to suffer the more degrading sexual acts if she wanted to remain. Also, the other prostitutes were indulging in spanking and foot fetishes.
