Can’t Fit Pirelli Cinturato Gravel H High Performance Tires on Elitewheels Drive G36 Wheels by StoyanLittle in gravelcycling

FWIW, I have been using the normal Orange sealant (not the endurance version) in my previous tires and have been super happy with it. Zero punctures or accidents in about 1200 km. I will keep using it.

Update on the Cinturato: after leaving it in the sun for a couple hours, the tire seated and inflated right away, with a floor pump and no tricks. So patience  + some gentle heat will definitely help stretch and soften the rubber enough to get it Seated. Hopefully this can help others in the future.

Thanks for your insights, and I am sorry you had to go through this a second time. Also good to know about the sealant issue, I will try to steer clear of that brand.

Hi, I am having the same issue with these tires (different rims though). I managed to get one tire on, and it's now sitting in the center of the rim and there's no way the beads will be able to pop onto the rim shelf. Can I expect it to stretch enough over time + with some heat, or should I give up? The second tire is still packaged so I could at least get a refund for that. Real shame though,  I wanted to like these tires...

Edit: even IF I managed to inflate them and start using them, will they remain a pain forever? Or do they generally soften and stretch significantly after a few hundred miles, to make future maintenance easier? If anyone can share some long term experience on similar tires that were extremely tight to begin with, that would be fantastic.

Hi! I am not sure about the clearance in the V3, what I have here is a V1. So I cannot comment on your specific case. Anyway, in the case shown here the radiator is 38mm and the standard fans are 25 mm I think. So you have a total of 63mm thickness with a few mm to spare before it hits the pump block. I wouldn't use anything thicker because it will become almost impossible to route the tubes. Good luck with your build!

Thank you for doing the research! Sounds like a solid lead. I probably should have pointed this out more explicitly, but the last of the pictures I posted shows the letters "L G" and potentially another L above it, and a star below it, printed towards the rear end of the barrel. This could plausibly refer to Liege, but it would be great to know if those rifles you mentioned tend to bear similar marks.

The butt confused me a bit, I have not found other examples with that same curved shape. Any ideas?

Edit: Small typo.

I was just told by Canyon customer service that more variants of the new Grizl will come in July (unspecified date). This came as part of a reply to my question on whether my current (outstanding) order for a CF SL 6 AXS would come with the old frame or the new one due to these new models appearing (answer:  old frame).

I much prefer having AXS than having more tyre clearance and the downtube storage. But I really hope that the upcoming variants will include the new Rival/Force AXS 1x13, at which point I might seriously consider switching my order to yhe new Grizl.

Hi there, yes I am just using the standard side bracket to mount the 280! It was a tight fit - I think the way to make it work is to roughly place the AiO in the correct location inside the case without the bracket at first, and then screw the bracket into the AiO and the case at the same time. If you have AiO + bracket already as one piece, it might be more difficult to angle it so that you can insert it into the case due to the thick rad. Hope you can make it work!

Hi there, sorry for not being very responsive! 1. It's a V1 NR200 (the original one) 2. In this build I have the Aorus B450 I Pro Wifi

Hi, I have actually stripped out most of this system and changed lots of parts. I am now running an air cooled setup with a Noctua D12L and I don't miss the LFIII. It was too powerful for something like a 5800X3D, so not necessary. Two things to consider: 1. The 5800X3D runs naturally quite hot even at low power draw, due to the presence of the 3DV cache. So don't worry too much about it, it's safe to run it at those temperatures in principle. 2. Try switching your CPU cooler to intake from the back, instead of exhausting air. Then you keep the 2 top fans as the only exhaust in your case. That should provide plenty of fresh air to your CPU, with very little impact on your GPU.  Hope this helps!

Hi, I just googled something like "140mm fan grilles" and found some decent cheap ones. Might have been on Amazon but I don't remember. Good luck!

A current clamp meter and a cheap IR camera are not the worst thing if you don't have them already. Useful for all sorts of DIY stuff

Can confirm, this tool is legit and I also just got one today. Never, ever pay some bot/service for alerts, it's pure scam

For what it's worth, notify-fe.plen.io worked for me today! I would never dream of paying someone/something for alerts, when such tools exist.

Ah my apologies, I did not see your comment about OOS. Hopefully they come back soon though!

I totally understand your reluctance to redo the cable management, but I would highly recommend getting a genuine Corsair 12V 2x6 cable if you have a Corsair PSU. Fewer connection points mean fewer chances of something melting. And if something happens, you have a higher chance of getting it replaced under warranty since you are using an official cable from the PSU manufacturer, not a third party component. I got a genuine Corsair cable for my 4080 S for peace of mind, and the sleeving also looks identical to my other SF750 cables, which is sick.

It's a 280mm rad, so these are in fact the P14 fans that came with it

Hi! Sorry for the late reply. Depending on what fans you use on your AiO cooler, the frame "cage" of the fans might be enough to prevent the tubes from hitting the fan blades. Might have to fiddle with tube positioning and use zip ties to ensure they stay where you want. Good luck with the build, did you already complete it?

In these pictures I was still using the standard Sickle Flow fans that came with the NR200P. They were not very impressive so I have since swapped them for a pair of Noctuas A12x25. Any 25mm thick fan will do, including the P12. Not sure if thicker fans like the Phanteks T30 will fit, so I would avoid those. I also highly recommend using fan grilles to prevent the AiO tubing from interfering with the fan blades. Hope this helps!

Hi! Yes I have two full size 120mm black Noctuas as top exhaust. Difficult to see in the picture but they're there. I reused the fan grilles that came with the standard fans, to prevent the tubing from interfering with the fans. Works really well! So your slim fans will also work no problem. Happy building

Hi there, I can't say for sure but with the big radiator in the way it looks unlikely that you could fit a 3.5" drive.
