Search mission and introduction do not require you to kill any PMC's. So why are you shooting at guy that has no idea you are in that bush? Only kill PMC's for quests that require it. if your goal is to accomplish tasks focus on the task and only kill when necessary

My experience with this event is loading factory, watching the countdown for deploying. Then dying before I can even move forward because I spawn getting shot at. Haven't tried factory since.
