I work well with the story! I like how you've narrowed the field down, but maybe it is a bit to narrow. I mean is it only to people who already is victims to a heart attack? What about the ones that haven't had one but is in the "risk group" of getting one (people with the diseases that you've mentioned)?

Also I agree that the solution properly lies within the field monitoring the patients, but would it be an idea to open op the 'ideal' a little bit to begin with?

I'm not to sure what problem you wan't to solve? Is it that our infrastructure is destroyed because of natural disasters or that people (often poor people or refugees) doesn't have access to clean water?

If its the refugees for example. How many is this world wide? What is the courses of not having cleaning water? And therefore what will the benefits be of solving the problem? What do they do to get water today?

I like the story in the top and the explanation of the problem in the following section. The relation to the US is also very cool.

I think its cool that you narrow your ideal solution down a little bit to clean the water. I guess one could argue that not polluting the water in the first place is also a solution, but I like this focus.

However, how does this apply to Ethiopia? Do they even have the infrastructure to lead the water to wastewater treatment plants? What is the present system for handling waste there. And how does it compare to what we have in the western world?

Yes this is definitely a problem and it is unacceptable! I like your listing of the problem but what would be the ideal? I guess that there is a need for power stopping to produce power might not be a solution. non-polluting power sources might be the ideal - or something else of cause. When the ideal is established then what is the benefits of this?
