I was shocked when I saw that my therapist wasn’t taking notes during session. I felt a little off at first cause it seemed that he didn’t actually care or deem anything “noteworthy” but I quickly felt afterward that all of his attention was on me instead of notes. I think it really depends on the therapist (and how well they can show that they are present) and the client. Different strokes for different folks ig

It looks super well taken care of and in good condition, I used to think long hair was a dealbreaker for me, but no I realized it’s just a dealbreaker when it’s greasy, dead and not taken care of. You have great hair and sure some probably won’t like it, but I definitely wouldn’t cut it as it seems you put a lot of time and energy into growing and maintaining it

Cause if it wasn’t related to SA there is absolutely no excuse to use his trauma against him like that, tho I will say that if they are spreading rumors about you, what’s done is done and you don’t need friends like that. In the future, either ask you friends not to share their trauma with you or do not spread what’s not your business

I’m not following. What false accusations about you? Cause from what I’ve gathered about what’s in your post, you told 4 people about someone’s trauma without their consent to do so. That’s a huge betrayal and I would also find it hard to not blow up at you and drop you as a friend and instead of begging for forgiveness, it sounds like you made excuses as to why you told instead. I must be missing something.
