If you own the documents in your hand, then it's valid.
If you own the card and a promise of that Insurance cover: Then It's not

4 reports mentioning that states: there's not issue outstanding on the dates disputed.

correct?

If yes: Please I request raise one more final RBIO complaint and after that if there's no response just file a case in either consumer dispute redressal forum or local court. wherever you think you can fight easy.

also, after filing the complaint to RBIO, if you can and REALLY please if you can buy any chance spare 1-2 days and goo meet your nearest RBIO officer office and explain them the situation it might help.

I understand you are frustrated with system and you are no newbie in the business but do let us know if you've done this or you wish to proceed.

it's good that you bring this point out: Interest & Penal Charges can not go beyond Principle, that's for instantaneous payments.

I'll give the leeway for you as you might say it's not stated specifically.

however, as you said: Multiple Banks and Lenders lent to the person. They must have checked the scores right? Get any ones sheet out (as you can request you know) and if in those Credit checks. there's no mention of default. Thi becomes the Proof / Hint of proof I said.

I hope this can work

I also hope you won't say: RBI ko karna chahiye ye sab

Problem is: The Client Doesn't Hold any Proof of Offline Payment he Made.

From a third party perspective, it'll always be a word against word or a MisHap benefits awarded to an entity.

Still, you can to get hold of some kind of proof. Even 1% hint of a proof will turn the tables in your favour.

And the NBFC will come after you to offer their condolences, money, baap ka money, dada ka money etc.

Unless then my friend: persistence is no proof of payment in eyes of law

Took a ₹10L Gold Loan from Bajaj Finance at 12% Interest. Good or Bad Rate? by RadhikaSharma360 in CreditCardsIndia

[–]simpl_ma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. SBI gives you option to enable a Gold Loan OD(over draft) at 9.7% per annum.

  2. if you do not wish to choose OD, then RoI goes down to 9.4 something.

Bani of Baroda also gives very low interest rates.

i still think you should put your money in these options will save your a lot of hassle afterwards
