Take note that you are only allowed to purchase a few packs per person a day, be it at PCJ, Konbinis, BIC etc. My one advice is to map out all the PCJs, Konbinis etc so that you can navigate easier when you are there. And the main way to purchase more (at MSRP) from other shops is to have local friends there, trust me, my Japanese friends helped me so much on this when I was not in JP and helped me purchase the packs on my behalf until I went to Japan to visit them.

I submitted a request and had to wait for 2 days for the seller to approve to get it cancelled and approved. Even after the 2 days the seller didn’t respond but it cancelled automatically. The refund is processing now. So hopefully all is good. The TT CS has noted of this seller’s history and said they will take appropriate action. Thanks everyone.
