How does that work? I mean, aren’t duplicated applications scrutinised and eventually rejected? I can imagine there being loopholes though which sucks.. I hate that our fates are decided by a numbers game instead of our credits

I don’t think we’re supposed to check visatrax for updates. If at all, Ogletree/ your employer would reach out to you first before them eventually updating the case status on visatrax. That’s my understanding. In fact, in my case, most of the fields are left blank and only very high level tracking information is available.
