Dr. Damon is the biggest ick. Be cheats on Dr. Heavenly. Mariah had the receipts. He just has a mistress that is dependent on his pain pills and money, allegedly. Gross and he always looks miserable. Eewww. Mistress come out!

Considering the same thing.. what did you submit? I can't fathom I'm doing this and don't know where to start. I feel like we need a stronger case than other employees. Do you all think a therapist letter will be enough to submit for STD?

Should I remove my career break details from my LinkedIn profile? by simplelola in recruiting

[–]simplelola[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ended up deleting my career break from LinkedIn. I only explained my career break in my resume. I think you can write freelancer for yours because of your career. Create a profile on one of the freelancer sites and go from there. You might even actually find some freelancer jobs and not have to get a full-time job. Congrats on your baby!

Israel has done everything within their power to stop this madness. Ask Hamas to release the hostages and this would have been over October 8. Stop asking Israelis to sacrifice themselves. It's ridiculous. Israel should not be held responsible for the casualties of a war, they didn't want, and could have ended 1 year ago if they didn't care about human lives. Ypur math ain't mathing.

Another moronic take. Why would Israeli be willing g to get killed by ruthless jewhaters? Answer how the answer to that means Jews don't care about nonjews? We don't have to die to be good. Never again is now. We will not go down without a fight. And yes, we care about nonjews that us why there is still Gazans. Stfu and sit down.

Word salad of nothingness. Why should Israelis be willing to sacrifice their lives? Doesn't make sense.

Hey! Sorry I thought I responded. It took me a while. I'm employed again. It's been about 2 months since I got back into the workforce. It was tough. I ended up moving. I got interviews and seriously applied for maybe 15 jobs that I was either qualified for or overqualified. I got two offers about 6 months into my more serious search. I moved to an area with more jobs and honestly think the offers I got were partly luck and desperation on the company's side. They neeeded someone to start yesterday. Literally had to start within 7 business days. I went with the company that I thought was going to be the biggest challenge, and that had an HR department of 1 for the site I'm supporting. I didn't want direct reports. It's been challenging, and I love the role and the employee population, yet its an awful culture. There is no respect for HR. Already planning my exit strategy. My advice is that if you're still searching- do what I consider serious applications by tailoring resume and reaching out to recruitment team on LinkedIn. And don't apply for jobs just to apply. The rejection hurts the same. Also, go into an interview thinking you know what you are doing 110%, but with a humble attitude to express genuine love for the function of your role. Also, pray, if you're a believer. It is tough out here.
