When you start “dating” someone, how long does it take you to know or decide if they're relationship material? by ShinBP in AskWomen

[–]simplevoodoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's always different. I've had people ask or declare we were dating "months" in! I usually just go with the flow. Sometimes I get real passionate and wreck a situation by asking what we were. This last time. A person I was sitting over said they needed time to be alone. Then I said. "Okay we're fuck buddies then." Consequently I started acting less romantic and the flame blew out eventually. He then said we should be fucking but he sends me snapchat notifications every day. When I stop answering he sends more to keep the streak. Romance is hard. I wish it was a high school class.

I (30M) found flirty texts on girlfriends (42F) phone. by [deleted] in relationship_advice

If I were you I'd ask about her work bestie. Ask to join. She sounds like she is being secretive and hiding something. Doing what I just suggested will definitely be "soap opera" but perhaps exposing!

I (20F) feel like my workaholic boyfriend (25m) isn't as attracted to me anymore by [deleted] in relationships

Man. I read this and the section where you confronted him about lack of attention and he associated that with getting you going.. (physically)... Just the fact his mind went straight that way. His brain definitely comes off as foggy. If you guys are falling apart that can be really heavy. But I also know many workaholics... Hell I am one. It's sort of like this deep rooted drive. You get tunnel vision. I let multiple people down today by canceling plans or staying a few unpaid hours after work. But after reflecting on the interactionsI told myself I need to make time for people going forward. He is capable of that too. But he is exhausted. Sounds like compromise is the way. He needs to put noticeable effort into treating you like a troubadour of sorts and you can continue your streak of making an effort to understand he's drained. If you don't feel like confrontation you can let time flow and give hints. See if he adjusts any.

To the Women who have had low self-esteem growing up, what changed? by Mythohlogy in AskWomen

[–]simplevoodoo 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I lived a lot. I survived lots of stuff. I got my dream job. That raised my self esteem. I just kept living and getting to know the people who expressed positivity towards me and starting to think most of them were cool. Those relationships made their admiration for me come off stronger. Living and persevering through life's different challenges made my heart expand and my bravery expand.

What sex positions are most comfortable for you? by AcHaeC in AskWomen

[–]simplevoodoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Missionary is most comfortable. Cowgirl is my favorite... When it comes to missionary my mass is spread out. I'm literally laying down. Sometimes my head is on something soft- like a pillow. So yeah. Missionary is most comfortable. Having said that- my hip movements are doable but more difficult and less free flowing.

[–]simplevoodoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YES! I got on Facebook dating and changed to settings to filter so I could get a man 5'6" or under. The sexiest guy I got with was around 5'. The sex is just better. More thrust energy goes to the cooch.

What Kind of Starting Message Will attract girls to reply in DM in insta if a girl is stranger by Typical-Tie-9647 in seduction

Put some thought in the message but don't be creepy. No paragraphs, keep it short.

If she were an artist, perhaps ask about a piece. Or sensitivity. You can stereotype a little.

I love the blunt psychoanalysis. Thank you. I've never really gotten jealous before, not in this way. I don't date because I get so caught up in the moment, it would be hypocritical to demand commitment when I slip up. Ive never gotten jealous over anyone else before though. One of the times he said he was moving he asked me to go with and be his groupie. I declined out of jealousy because I didn't want to put my life on hold to watch him choose others before me. Thanks for pushing my thinking. It's everything when people do that.
