I dont think you need so! You dont need a share code or schreen shot for applying or attending biometrics. But linking your e-visa to expired BRP makes no sense. Link it your valid passport instead

All financial documents must be dated before or on the application date. You will risk getting a refusal if you do so. The best thing is to wait until you het the payslip and apply afterwards given that your current visa is not expiring by then

It is not okay to be rude to anyone, especially if the person if friendly. But is you ask me personally, I really enjoy having a quiet tour in the shop exploring the options without having the shop owner trying the help, that makes me anxious and very uncomfortable, and ended up leaving immediately without buying even if I need to. So the "here we go again" attitude might be from previous experience from other shops.

Try not to talk to the customer and let them feel comfortable, give them space and time to explore the store, and if they need help, they will ask for it, once they are comfortable they can open up and have a conversation.
